Sorry for the Delay

So I did try and blog the other day but I was unsuccessful. I wanted to put pictures up from my showers and other things and an error popped up and I felt defeated. So no pictures for now but I have gotten a lot of things since then and more of the to do list done.

My family shower was great, and my shower my sisters gave me was amazing as well. My mom and sister Callie gave me a very, very, nice stroller,icoo.... Megan and Lauren got me a great diaper bag called petunia pickle bottom. I take pictures of them both and get them up.

The nursery is pretty much complete. There are a couple of small things that could be done but nothing that "must" be done. I had my pregnancy pictures taken this past weekend and I am really excited about seeing them! Brittany, who took them, also came to my house to get a couple of the nursery. \

My body is feeling like blah and physically I am ready to have the baby even though I know he is not quite ready yet.

32 and counting

So yesterday marked 32 weeks for me. I went to my check up appointment and I am measuring 3 weeks big. So next time I go they are going to do an ultrasound to see if McCoy is big.

This past weekend I had a shower given by Matt's sister and family friends. It was my first shower and I loved it. I got some great things and some really cute clothes. I have my side of the families shower this weekend so more cute stuff to come. McCoy's room is starting to get full and I don't think it is close to being done.

School....my life....Last week stress was a prep for this weeks paperwork due. I turned in a huge part on Monday, got my report cards turned in that are due on Thursday, and have written 1 of 3 IEP's I have this week. So crossing things off the to do list are making my stress level go down. I have 2 1/2 more weeks of school until Spring Break....time is flying by!

Wednesday

I am feeling worn down and beat up. Today feels like it should be Friday with the way my week has been going. I just have a lot going on at work and I don't feel like there is enough time to do it all. Last night I am not sure how much sleep I got but feel like not a wink. I could not get comfortable and just kept tossing and turning. I saw every hour on the clock and maybe even twice. I wanted to come home today early for a nap but it just didn't happen. So plan number two is to have an early dinner and go to bed.

A Nice Weekend

The weather this weekend was very nice....what a change! I am sure the rain is not too far behind but I enjoyed getting some vitamin D while it was here. The yard sale on Saturday was a success. People came by 7:45 and everything was gone by 9:45. We sold all of the big items in the first 30 minutes and towards the end we put a "FREE" sign out and a car came up and we loaded the rest of it up. It was the quickest and easiest yard sale ever!

Today Matt and I went to church.....it only took 9 years. I have always wanted to find a church and I guess having a kid finally kicked my butt into gear. So we went today and are going to try different ones in the area until we find one that we really like. After that I had an amazing 3 hour nap and felt pretty good. The house got clean and I am ready for Monday and week 31 to start. So we begin a new countdown of 9 weeks until the new bundle of joy hopefully arrives.

10 Week Count Down

So being pregnant is a pretty amazing thing. And if you know me you know that it is something that I have dreamed for all of my life.....blah, blah, blah.... it sucks too! Yesterday I thought I was in a depression and cried and today I am just one happy camper. I never know what I am going to be day to day. So sorry for everyone that has to interact with me on a daily basis (Matt) and deal with my mood swings.

This weekend we are going to be having a yard sale to try and get rid of a lot of stuff from our garage and crammed closets. Cleaning out rooms and rearranging in our house has pushed a lot of furniture to garage. I am hoping for great weather and for everything to get gone....I might even put free on it at the end of the day just so I don't have to move it anywhere.
